Home Office Makeover
Cadence came to this client’s rescue after, like many of us, he found himself working from home without a proper office space! Collaborating closely with our client, we created the cabinetry for a holistic workspace designed around the colors of his favorite duck – the Pintail! Featured in this image are the custom executive desk with storage, a lighted display, a printer rollout, and a secret panel that hides all of his cords. This window seat, complete with storage on the ends, is for the more relaxed workday moments!
Welcome Kris!
We’d like to introduce you to Kris LaBelle. Kris joined our team in September 2022 as our Executive Business Partner after working in corporate aviation for over 20 years. She helps our team keep the flow of information between our systems and the people who need to use it.
Kris and her husband Doug are celebrating their 38th wedding anniversary this year. They have three sons and one daughter, all married to wonderful spouses, and (currently) have seven grandchildren. Their family moved to Wisconsin over 24 years ago and as their house aged, they had Cadence renovate several spaces, but her favorite is the kitchen. She was wowed not only by the excellent craftsmanship but how Benjamin went above and beyond to help her design the kitchen to be functional and beautiful. Their kitchen is the hub and it brings her joy to see people eating, laughing, and sharing life together.
In addition to working part-time at Cadence, Kris teaches piano, mentors young women, and speaks at her church with her husband on various topics including marriage and parenting. When she isn’t working or with her family, you may find her exploring a new hiking/biking trail or at a local coffee shop with a friend.
