Introducing the Cadence CNC

Cadence took a major technology and productivity step last year with the addition of a CNC router. We had researched CNC’s for some time, and many advisors in our industry told us that once we get one, we’ll wonder why we waited so long.

• Precision & Consistency: Human hands are skilled, but CNC machines take precision to another level, ensuring each piece is identical to the design.
• Complex Designs Made Easy: Intricate patterns and designs are easily achievable with CNC programming.
• Efficiency & Speed: Large production runs or one-off custom pieces can be completed faster than by hand.
• Less Waste: CNC machines optimize material usage, reducing errors and minimizing waste.

CNC technology offers several advantages:

The design software used for all our projects converts the designs to optimized cut lists for the CNC -each component for your project is laid out to utilize the wood needed for all the parts. Additionally, holes for shelving, hinges, and drawer slides are precisely drilled during the initial component cut.

We also program very customized pieces on the CNC and those files are saved – making reproduction in the future much faster.
